What We Offer: Mawa Designs provides architectural and interior design services. We also sell furniture and related products directly via our website. The Site displays our portfolio of past work.

Changes: Sometimes things change — product availability, designs, pricing — due to supply, materials, or external factors. We will try to keep things accurate, but we reserve the right to update or withdraw any product or service at any time without warning.

Ownership: The designs, drawings, images, furniture models, logos, text, layout, content, and all related creative work on the Site are owned by Mawa Designs (or used with proper rights).

Guarantee: We guarantee that our designs and ideas are accurate and suitable for their intended use. If there is any defect, error, or mismatch, contact us and we’ll do our best to correct it.However, due to differences in monitors, materials, human error, and local conditions, there may be slight variations or unforeseen issues. We'll work with you to resolve these.

Pricing, Payment and Refunds

Pricing and Payment: Prices shown are in [currency, e.g. Pakistani Rupees (PKR)] unless otherwise specified. Payment must be made at the time of order using the methods we accept.
Refunds and Returns: We have a separate Refund Policy that explains when refunds or returns are allowed, how to request them, and any conditions (time limits, condition of goods, etc.). Please read that policy before purchasing. Custom or Made-to-Order Items may not be refundable once production or design work begins.

Delivery, Shipping and Risk

Once your furniture order is shipped, risk passes to you (meaning damage in transit or delivery issues are your responsibility unless we specify otherwise).Delivery times are estimates. We’ll try to meet them, but delays may happen (manufacturing, shipping, etc.). We'll inform you if delays occur.For services, we’ll set timelines with you. If there are delays because of your instructions, missing information, or changes you request, the timelines may shift.

Limitation of Liability

We do our best to make the Site secure, accurate, and available. But we can’t promise it will always be perfect. Mawa Designs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (loss of profits, data, business) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if we knew such damages might happen.If we are legally liable, the maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
